•When your order arrives, you have the right to inspect the items at the time of delivery.

•You may accept or reject the order in full, or accept selected items and reject others.

•Partial Acceptance

•If you accept only some products and refuse others, you will be charged only for the items you accept.

•Any refused items will be taken back immediately with the delivery team and no payment will be collected for them.

•Refunds for Pre-Paid Orders

•If you prepaid and choose to reject all or part of the order upon delivery, a refund will be issued for the refused items to your original payment method.

•Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

•Non-Returnable After Acceptance

•Once an item has been accepted and delivered, it is considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is damaged or the wrong product.
