We accept return requests within 7 days of receiving the product, only if the packaging has not been opened, and the product is either damaged or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in its original sealed packaging.
• The item must not have been tampered with.
• You must notify us within 7 days from the date of delivery.

If these conditions are met:

• Please ship the product back to us using a registered courier service.
• Once received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Important Notes:

• Refunds are processed only through the original mode of payment.
• Processing time may vary depending on your issuing bank and may take between 10 to 45 business days.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to refuse any return if the product appears to be used or tampered with.
